George Clooney for Das Magazin
A phone call from Alexander Bartels at the Swiss based Das Magazin secured a full page illustration of George Clooney.
I initially came up with the idea of painting in some type with this image but the magazine didn’t feel was needed .A shame really as I enjoy it.
I’m pretty happy with the way the painting came out and painting an illustration with a flat colour for a background works well I feel. Alexander liked the illustration I had done of Outkast and wanted a similar feel for this one, which I provided I think.
